Types of industrial flooring

Our objective is to consolidate the company’s market position, and as a result, in addition to the traditionally welded wire mesh iron-mounted industrial floors, we also lay special industrial reinforced-concrete floor structures, paving and joint-free floors, with steel trusses and other fibre input ratios. The surface-hardening substance we use ensures a high level of wear resistance appropriate to usage. In some cases the tolerance allowances specified in standards are not acceptable because of the specific usage of the surface. One example of this is the narrow-corridor high warehouse with an induced current electric truck. In such locations, instead of and as a supplement to the DIN 18202 standard, DIN 15185 is employed, and a separate agreement and very precise surfacing are required, perhaps even using residual ancillary structures. The requirements of fitters, operators and truck suppliers for high-mounted storage space cannot be fulfilled without specific technical expenditure. As a result, it is advisable to give a precise definition in each area of the requirements for surface reliability.

Joint-free industrial floors:

Boards sized 1,000m2, which do not include any post-felled dilatation, and as a result the cost of maintenance (storage and operations) for jointing can be reduced.
Primarily recommended at cold storage plants, logistical centres and food processing production halls.

Exclusive colour flooring:

Assures a more demanding interior in department stores, and by virtue of its appearance fits nicely into internal space produced with fashionable, minimal-style interior design.

Large precision-smooth industrial floors:

The special quality finish allows for the design of a high-shelf system and a greater number of pallets, and thus for a reduction in investment and operational costs. Primarily recommended for high storage, at narrow-corridor logistical warehouses.

Cold-store floors:

Based on special ingredients, industrial flooring finished with iron mounts, which have a strong capacity to tolerate fridge-freezer usage, and have low shrinkage.

Special concrete paving:

High resistance to even the most extreme temperatures.
Primarily recommended for external manoeuvring areas utilized by heavy goods vehicles and large levels of road traffic.
